How Do I Get Started?
The best way to get started with us is to set up a Strategy Session and schedule a time to come meet with us. You can do this by calling (561) 756-8637 or clicking here to give us your info and we will reach out to you within 24 hours.
What is a Strategy Session?
Think of it as an opportunity for us to get to know you better and make sure that you get the most out of your training with us. We take 30 minutes (you decide when) to find out more about what you are looking to gain from working out and explain how all of our training programs work at G+O. This means we help you to create your ideal plan for success, whether that be with Personal Training, Small Groups, or larger Group Classes. Have previous injuries and want to stay healthy? So do many of our clients, and the Strategy Session ensures we find out these things early on to put you on an injury free path to feeling and looking great.
Do You Just Offer Group Classes?
No, we also offer Small Group Training (4-6 people) and Personal Training. We have found that each person has their own needs and while we offer the best Group Classes around, many of our clients like the coaching and individualization they get in smaller groups and 1-on-1. Do You Guys Do Crossfit There?
The short answer is no. We do create a fun, uplifting team culture that made Crossfit become popular, but our workouts and approach towards getting in shape are very different.
I Haven't Been Working Out, Will I be Able to Keep Up?
Absolutely! One reason we do Strategy Sessions is to get an idea of where you are starting out at and make sure you have the coaching to succeed. All of our programs, including classes are built to be modifiable for all ability and fitness levels. This means you could be in your first week and feel great working out alongside someone who has been with us for years.
Some clients who want to take part in the large Group Classes find more confidence and faster success by starting with or pairing together Private Training in the beginning. It's all about finding the right mix but we help people get started on their fitness every week. Don't hesitate to call us to find out more.
What Are Workouts Like?
Programs like Small Group and Personal Training are entirely customized to your goals so it will depend on what you are training for. Many people are looking to lose fat and maybe build some healthy muscle along the way, so the G+O approach efficiently pairs together resistance training exercise and interval cardio.
We also believe working out should not just be challenging , but fun. This means that along with constant progress and variation you are sure to look forward to coming in every single day.
What About Nutrition?
We know this is part of the key to your success but we do not believe in handing you a "standardized meal plan." Not only because it's not legal unless you are a Licensed Nutritionist, but it's not going to lead you to long term results that stick. We do talk a lot about nutrition with our clients and provide some additional coaching in building an approach that works for you.

Do You Train Kids?
We work with young people, both athletes and non-athletes alike. We do so through Personal Training as well as more sport specific Group Training programs.
