Do you need to be strength training? Absolutely!
Should you probably be doing some sort of cardio conditioning? Hey your heart is a muscle too, so definitely! The problem is how many of us have 2+ hours to workout every day?
Not many....unless you plan on becoming a physique model it's going to take prioritizing the right kinds of workouts along with high quality nutrition.
