Sweat 2 Summer is your chance to mix it up with the G+O Fitness Crew and get your Summer started off on the right foot. 

 

Program is open to both current members & non-members (we recommend grabbing a friend to help keep you accountable) and only lasts 2 weeks! You can do anything for two weeks so the idea is to get you moving and motivated with daily challenges throughout the program.
